Toulouse school of Tourism, Hospitality Management and Food studies, France and Taylor’s University, Malaysia, are proud to announce the 8th Asia-Euro Conference 2023. After successfully hosting five editions in in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) under the auspices of Taylor’s University, one in Gwalior (India) hosted by Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, and one in Manilla (Philippines) in Far Eastern University, it is now the turn of University Toulouse - Jean Jaurès to proudly welcome the 8th Asia-Euro Conference in Tourism, Hospitality & Gastronomy in 2023. The conference will concentrate on various range of topics pertaining to tourism, hospitality, and gastronomy. The organizers of the conference extend an invitation to submit extended abstracts, papers and posters aligned with the theme of the conference ‘Global Changes and Transformative Future’.

We are pleased to announce that the following journals will sponsor the best paper awards, and authors of the best papers will be invited to submit their work to the journal. However, selection does not guarantee publication in the journals. All papers will undergo a review process, and publication is subject to the acceptance of the paper by the reviewers and the journal editor.
The Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights (JHTI) aims to enhance the ongoing conversation among hospitality and tourism practitioners, academics and professionals.
Asia-Pacific Journal of Innovation in Hospitality and Tourism (APJIHT), a SCOPUS-Indexed journal. APJIHT is also indexed in CABI, CIRET, MyCite and EBSCO.
The Service Industries Journal publishes research on the services sector and service management, including service quality and best practices in management, entrepreneurship and innovation.
Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management is committed to a broad range of topics including tourism and travel management, leisure and recreation studies and the emerging field of event management.
Paper Submission Instruction
• Extended abstracts submitted for review should count between 500 – 1000 words (including 5 keywords and 5-10 references).
• The abstract should be formatted according to the template available [download] and submitted in a MS-WORD format.
• Abstracts must be submitted using the e-review paper submission system.
• All the extended abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
• Once the extended abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register and present the paper at the Conference.
• Camera ready versions of all the accepted abstracts will be distributed to conference delegates via electronic/online mode.
• Full paper submission is optional, however, only full papers will be considered for the best paper award.
• Selected full papers will be considered for publication in sponsor journals of the conference.
Poster Submission Instruction
• Poster abstracts (maximum 500 words) should be submitted for review and selection.
• The abstracts should summarize the key points of the poster and with a maximum of 5 keywords that define the subject matter.
• Poster abstracts must be submitted using the e-review paper submission system.
• All the poster abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and authors of the accepted poster abstracts will be invited for poster submission.
• Once the poster abstract is accepted, at least one of the authors must register and present the poster at the Conference.
• The format and submission deadline of the hard-copy poster will be communicated to the authors of accepted abstracts
Full Paper Submission Instruction
• Manuscripts submitted to the 8th Asia-Euro Conference 2023 should be original contribution and should not have been previously published nor under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Papers must be submitted using the e-review paper submission system.
• Manuscripts must be written in English and free from spelling or grammatical errors.
• Manuscripts should not exceed 5,000 words (including references).
• All contributions should follow the format and style described in the Publication Manual of the 7th edition of American Psychological Association (APA).
• All manuscripts should be typed in MS WORD format, single-spaced with one-inch margins and using 12-point Times New Roman font (exception of tables 10-point Times New Roman).
• Manuscripts should include the following major sections & sequence: title, affiliation of the authors (e.g. university name, country), abstract (not more than 500 words), keywords (5 words maximum), main body (Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Findings, Conclusion) and references.
